This Privacy Policy explains how EasyPick (“EasyPick”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you use easypick.lk, create an account, contact us, or place an order. EasyPick operates from 385, 2/2 Galle Road, Colombo 00600, Sri Lanka.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including your name, phone number, email address, delivery or collection details, address, location pin, landmark, order items, notes, and communications with us. If you create an account, we also process the account details needed to administer it.

We may automatically collect technical information, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, cookies, and security or diagnostic logs. Where you use location, address-search, or route features, we process the location information needed to provide that feature and confirm delivery eligibility.

How we use information

We use personal data to operate the store; create and manage accounts; process, fulfil, deliver, collect, support, cancel, or refund orders; communicate about an order; prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and misuse; improve our services; keep records; and meet legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, and dispute-resolution obligations.
